Roles

Each person has one role in a workspace:

• Viewer: reads everything.
• Commenter: also writes notes, votes and adds to the notepad.
• Editor: also writes cards, decisions, stops and tracks, plans meetings and creates projects.
• Admin: also manages members and invites, locks the layout, restores versions, deletes projects and the sample story.
• Owner: also renames the workspace and manages owners. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.

Admins can also limit a track to certain people, so only they (and admins) write cards on it.

Inviting people

Open the menu under your avatar and choose Workspace settings. Create an invite link with a role and send it to the person; it works once and expires after 7 days. They sign in and join with that role. Admins can change roles or remove people at any time.

Plans

• Free: 1 project, 3 members, 250 MB of images, 30 days of versions.
• Team (about $15 a month per workspace, not per seat): unlimited projects, 15 members, 10 GB of images, a year of versions, and Discord: DMs and your team’s channel.

On Team, New project in the project menu can start from a blank project, the sample story, or a template (ARG season, Puzzle hunt, Serial story). On Free, your one project can still start from any of them: choose when you create the workspace, or from an empty project’s board.
