Keep loose ideas and worries in one place, and agree on what your words mean.
Notepad
The notepad is for ideas and worries that don’t belong on a card yet. Anyone with commenter access or above can add to it. +1 the ones that matter (the top three stand out), park what can wait, or turn one into a card when it’s ready.
Glossary
The glossary keeps your team’s words straight: names, invented terms, and one-line comparisons (“X is like Y, but…”). Editors keep it; everyone can search it.
Both are in the book menu in the top bar.
